Paperfloc thermal insulation paper is used for the creation of eco-friendly and 100% recyclable isothermal packaging, made from recycled paper with a barrier paper outer cover. They are disposable thermal packaging, suitable and safe for maintaining the temperature of fresh and frozen food during storage and transport.

Product Details

Thermal insulation paper is characterised by its low thermal conductivity, which is one of the lowest of all environmentally friendly insulation materials, with a value of 0.039 W/(mK).

The thermal paper, made from cellulose fibres, is characterised by a very strong and durable paper with a high insulating effect and impact resistance, thus ensuring food protection and safety.

Paperfloc thermal insulation paper requires 95% less CO2 and less energy than any other packaging made from EPS. In addition, eco thermal packaging can save storage space and costs by up to 70% compared to EPS boxes.

This type of packaging follows the standard Fefco 0201 configuration, which means that it is an isothermal packaging with four sides.
