The VAC PSR pneumatic tabletop sealers offer flexibility and speed for vacuum packaging products. To achieve this vacuum packaging, air has to be sucked from inside the bag through a nozzle.

Vacuum sealers or welding machines are ideal for small industrial applications. This tabletop sealing machine has independent timers for vacuum, cooling, gas injection and sealing time. In addition, the machine has top and bottom sealing bars.

The VAC PSR stainless steel automatic vacuum sealer ensures an exceptional sealing for both food and non-food products.

The tabletop vacuum sealer is used for sealing flexible synthetic packaging. The automatic vacuum sealer has an easy-to-use digital control panel. To best suit this type of material, the sealing and cooling time can be adjusted separately.

In addition, the vacuum sealer or welding machine has ten pre-set sealing programmes, so the operator can always have the ideal sealing parameters for each package.

For the sealing machine to work properly, a bag with product and a nozzle inside must be placed between the open jaws. Then press the electric pedal to start the cycle. In this way, the jaws start to close and the nozzle sucks in air for a certain period of time. The nozzle is then removed from the jaws, while the pressure in the jaws increases and the welding and cooling phase begins. Once the whole process is completed, the jaws can be opened and the welded bag removed. 

Two types of automatic vacuum sealers are available:

  • VAC PSR 520 weighs 32 kg and its dimensions are 590 x 232 x 487 mm.
  • The VAC PSR 720 weighs 34 kg and its dimensions are 790 x 232 x 487 mm.
