The horizontal continuous sealing machine D-545 AH is a tabletop sealing machine where the bags, previously prepared, are placed on a conveyor belt and, by means of Teflon bands, all types of bags are sealed. These can be polyethylene, polypropylene, cellophane, paper, aluminium and all types of laminated materials.

The distance of the sealing machine's conveyor belt can be adjusted to accommodate various container sizes.

The horizontal sealer or sealing machine is equipped with up to nine sealing presets for different sizes of bags, containers, and materials.

The horizontal sealing machine or tabletop sealing machine allows sealing flat products that cannot stand upright.

The D-545 continuous sealer is available in horizontal design. Due to the digital temperature control, this sealing machine provides a temperature reading and also includes an automatic cooling function. In addition, the integrated conveyor belt of the sealing machine can be adjusted to accommodate larger products. 

The D-545 horizontal sealing machine is ideal for packaging food products or other medium duty products with a speed of 10m/min.

An electronic operation panel has also been implemented to manage all operating parameters, including an automatic cooling function when the sealing machine stops. This avoids overheating of the teflon belt.

The integrated conveyor belt can be pulled forward (up to 70mm) for larger products and is height adjustable (to accommodate thin/thick packs). This tabletop sealing machine allows you to seal groups of containers of various sizes.
