The D-545 AV vertical continuous sealer is a sealing machine used to seal prefabricated stand-up pouches. The D-545 AV band sealer is recommended for powder, liquid or solid products that would spill if sealed horizontally.

The continuous sealer can be used with up to nine sealing presets for different containers, bag sizes and materials.

The D-545 continuous sealing machine is a sealer available in vertical design. This sealer contains a digital temperature controller that can read the temperature along with an automatic cooling function. To accommodate larger items, the integrated conveyor belt can be custom adjusted. The D-545 is ideal for packaging food products or other types of medium-use products at a speed of 10 meters per minute.

Specifically, the D-545 AV continuous band sealer is ideal for liquid or powder products.

To accommodate different bag sizes, the sealing head can be electrically adjusted in height. The maximum and minimum lengths of the bags are:

  • Bag maximum length: 430 mm
  • Minimum sealing position: 45 mm between the seal and the top of the bag
