The food thermometer evaluates the quality of different types of cooking oils and helps to prevent possible health risks for people. The hygiene tester is mainly used in the food industry or by health inspectors.
For a correct measurement, the tip of the temperature tester has to be placed in a fryer. This gives an immediate result of the temperature and quality of the oil.
The dimensions of the polar compound meter are as follows: 55 x 350 x 25 mm.

The food thermometer or polar compound tester that can measure the temperature of oil up to +200°C.
The instrument measures the temperature in ºC and the quality of the oil in PC. The PC value or polar compounds help to inform about the degree of thermal and oxidative deterioration of the cooking oil.
Furthermore, the hygiene tester for cooking oil has a LED signal that shows the quality of the oil according to the colour in which it is illuminated.
