The food thermometer or probe thermometer is a contact and non-contact temperature meter that can be combined within the same device.
The digital thermometer allows food handlers or food inspectors to immediately and accurately identify the temperature of food that is within HACCP ranges. In addition, it also allows the internal temperature of the food to be determined.
The HACCP or Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point is a systematic preventive process used to ensure the absence of harmful food.
