The pyrometer or food thermometer allows you to monitor the surface temperature without the risk of contamination, as well as helping to determine the internal temperature of the food. The environmental tester has a foldable penetration sensor. 

The dimensions of the digital thermometer are the following: 190 mm x 22 mm x 38 mm (including battery).

The food thermometer or probe thermometer is a contact and non-contact temperature meter that can be combined within the same device.

The digital thermometer allows food handlers or food inspectors to immediately and accurately identify the temperature of food that is within HACCP ranges. In addition, it also allows the internal temperature of the food to be determined.
