The Testo S-TH humidity and temperature sensor is an external sensor designed to measure temperature and humidity in display cases, museums and showrooms. The temperature probe is discrete and small in size, it pairs with the Testo 160 THE and Testo 160E dataloggers. 

The humidity and temperature probe has an intelligent calibration, as it adjusts and verifies the accuracy independently of the data logger.

Humidity and temperature sensor Testo S-TH for T160

This temperature and humidity sensor is a small, external sensor ideal for humidity and temperature measurement in small spaces or where a data logger cannot be visually installed, such as museum and exhibition showcases. The external sensor is connected to the datalogger outside the display case via a cable.

The Testo S-TH is easily connected to the Testo 160 THE and Testo 160 E Wifi data loggers via a jack plug.

The humidity and temperature probe has multiple applications that require precise monitoring of environmental conditions, such as HVAC systems, quality control in industrial processes, art conservation and food storage. Its flexible cable length allows for versatile installation suitable for different environments. 

A 2.5 m extension cable is usually ordered together with the sensor in order to be able to adapt the positioning of the sensor more easily.

Main features of the humidity and temperature sensor:

  • Compact dimensions of 38 x 16 mm and 4 mm jack connector and easy installation in any environment.
  • The standard 0.6 m cable can be replaced by a 2.5 m cable, allowing a total length of up to 10 m (sold separately).
  • Its flexibility and precision make it a tool for a variety of applications.
  • Intelligent calibration system: measured value processing is performed directly on the probe, and calibration can be performed independently of the data logger.
  • O-ring to guarantee watertightness in the display case.
  • Made of plastic, can be varnished or painted.
