Delivery 2 to 3 weeks
The viscometer or ISO cup rheometer is used to analyse the pouring time of Newtonian or near-Newtonian liquids.
The viscosity meter can be used in many areas, but it is mainly used in laboratories and industrial production.
The dimensions of the viscosity tester are as follows: inner Ø 50 mm and outer Ø 85 mm. The height of the rheometer is 85 mm.

The rheometer or viscometer with a high quality polished and finished. Factory calibration certificate. Made of anodized aluminium.
For the correct operation of the viscosity cup, the nozzle must be closed and all the product to be analysed must be poured into the cup rheometer. Then the glass plate is placed and the cup is positioned on the tripod to measure the time.
When the glass plate is removed from the cup rheometer, the measurement begins and when the flow stops, is the moment when the time should be paused.
It is fundamentally to clean the viscosity tester after each use. This will provide a more accurate measurement in future calculations. On the other hand, it is also recommended not to damage the inside of the cup viscometer, as this can influence in the future measurements.
The delivery of the viscometer contains:
- 1 ISO cup rheometer PCE-128/5
- 1 Glass plate
- 1 Factory calibration certificate
- 1 Instruction manual
The measuring viscosity has a weight of approximately 310 grams.
