The internal memory of the hygiene tester allows up to 10,000 values to be recorded with date and time. 

The hygiene meter, which is used with the test tubes, allows immediate detection of micro-organisms or food residues on any surface. The Luminometer is used for monitoring in the pharmaceutical industry and laboratories, and for the safety of the food industry and monitoring industrial kitchens.

The affected surface is checked by means of the tube plug. This is pushed to the end of the tube where the reagent liquid is located. After shaking, the reagent liquid is collected from the reaction chamber of the tube. Finally, it is introduced into the measuring chamber of the Luminometer to analyse the hygiene of the site. 

The IOT sensor has an automatic self-calibration.
