Final Quick Lashing Container - QuickLash 3

QuickLash, the system for lashing or quickly securing containers that comes pre-assembled for placing inside the shipping container.

Each set is made up of 2 sections of vertical straps with 2 carabiners at each end, so that they can be easily attached to the upper and lower rings located on the sides of the container. 3 parallel straps extend from the vertical straps, which are joined together by buckles, and once joined, the strap is tightened with a reusable tensioner or ratchet.

Three SKY35 buckles are also required and are supplied with the set.

The 3 parallel straps included in the QuickLash Set can be adjusted to the desired height (there are also models with two and four straps).

Characteristics

• System certified and recommended by the IMO's CTU Code, manufactured with high-quality polyester. It is a lashing system approved and certified by various international laboratories.
• This final container lashing system is the quickest and easiest to install. Only one operator is needed to lash the container, thanks to the ease of installing the straps and the speed of the system.
• It is advisable to have removable magnets on the container doors to help temporarily position the horizontal straps that will then be tensioned. This makes it easier to position the straps. It is not an essential accessory as it can be lashed without the magnets.
• With this lashing system there is no problem of gaps through which the goods can slip, as can happen with other methods of final container lashing, such as cross-lashing.
• System used mainly for lashing in shipping containers but can also be used in trucks, ships, trains and flat rack containers.
